Q: Does this work outside of the US?
The software platforms works integrates with Twillio and works in over 150+ countries.
Q: Do I need my own Stripe/ Twilio/ Intercom Account?
The only requirement of the software is that you must have your own active Twilio account to be able to send SMS messages. If you want to accept payments through our system you will need to have a Stripe account to integrate with Review Velocity. You also have the option of integrating Intercom with us to handle your support and in app notifications.
Q: What happens after I activate 10 locations?
After you have activated the 10 account in your system we charge a flat rate of $10 per additional location. You can incrementally increase the number of active locations in your back office at any time.
Q: What happens to trial accounts when a customer is no longer using the software.
The system will automatically purge any trial accounts that haven't had any activity in the past 45 days.
Q: Can I adjust the number of trial text messages?
Yes you can adjust the number of SMS messages in your trial accounts. The options are 25, 50, 75 and 100.
Q: What should I be charging a business?
The pricing is completely up to you, but we suggest that you charge a minimum of $30 per location.
